There is something for everyone on and around the National Park Trail. You can stay in a B&B, a hotel, a bungalow park, a vacation rental (Airbnb), or a campground where you can pitch your own tent. On the map below, you'll find an overview of all accommodations. Wild camping is prohibited in Belgium, but there are plenty of hospitable Limburgers who open up their garden for your tent. Check out Campspace or Welcome to my garden.
There are several ways to stay overnight if you want to hike the National Park Trail:
- The easiest and most comfortable way is our ‘Trail Package,’ where you stay in the same luxurious B&B for 3 or 4 nights and are taken to the start of each stage every day.
- If you want comfort and luxury, but don't want to walk 25 km a day, choose the ‘Walking Package’, which allows you to experience the highlights of the National Park Trail in short walks of 10-15 km. This includes meals.
- Looking for simple and budget-friendly accommodation? Choose the Trekkers Trail: you'll sleep in tents and/or hiker's cabins, on campsites, at pole camping spots, or with locals.
- Would you like to put together your own programme? That is also possible. Choose your hotel/B&B/holiday home/campsite/... on the map below and map out your own route along your favourite accommodations.
Of course, it is also important to know where you can eat/drink. Click on ‘Restaurant/café’ for an overview of the service points where you can get a snack or a drink, use the toilet, refill your water bottle, and so on.
