The Ranger takes you on a culinary nature walk with tasters from what the National Park has to offer. He will let you discover the scents and flavours! During this walk, we pay attention to plants that taste and smell different. At six different places, the Ranger will tell you about the plants’ medicinal properties, their appearance, popular use, as well as the legends and culinary properties associated with them. Think of the juniper that was traditionally used to season ‘jenever’ (gin) ... and from which, in fact, this drink also takes its name. He will also let you taste fruits, seeds or preparations in typical National Park products, such as a National Park liqueur, NPHK pebble sweets, etc.
